We do know thw media industry has been radically transformed moving from print to digital media. The question is what are traditional manufacturing companies doing about it? Are they thinking ahead? Is there a plan to embrace the new trends? Is there a plan to retrain the workers? These shifts have major implications for economic development, employment, workforce training and society as a whole.
