The Center and two Schools of Business faculty, Professors Chaitra Nagaraja and RP Raghupathi mentored a Bronx High School of Science senior in his Intel Science Talent Search project applying business analytics to states’ level job market data (2011-2012).
Eric Guardiola
Eric Guardiola began working with Professor Raghupathi of the CDT his junior year of High School and completed his research paper “A Statistical and Analytical Approach to Analyzing State-Level Job Markets in the United States”. His paper was entered into such research competitions as The Intel Science Talent Search Competition, The New York Science and Engineering Fair and The Junior Science and Humanities Symposium. Eric is a member of The Bronx High School of Science’s graduating class of 2013 and he will be attending Columbia University starting the fall of 2013. At Columbia he wants to continue exploring his interests in analytics, statistics and economics. After he completes his undergraduate studies, he plans to pursue an MBA.
